I travel down to Medicine Hat on a late fall day and walk around Police Point Park. Walking around, I admire the surroundings and note how quiet everything seems to be at this time of year. There are barely any people out walking the park's many trails. When I complete my exploration of the park by sitting near the South Saskatchewan River and flying my DJI Phantom 3 4K drone out over the waters of the river. Down by the river I also notice the residual damage done by the last flood. There's a lot of dirt around some of the trees, and some branches are piled up on the ground. I had a great time in the park, especially because it was so quiet and serene.
